E. Norbert Smith, Ph.D. has an earned doctorate in Zoology and has written over two hundred technical papers and published dozens of articles in popular electronic and children magazines.

His alligator research was included in the BBC TV documentary, A smile for the Crocodile. He lives on a farm in Oklahoma.
